Hello, My name is Bill Taylor. My career in the Landscape Industry started in 1978 when I was hired as a Landscape Designer with Greenhurst Nursery, Nampa, Idaho. My landscape background is in Horticulture and Landscape Nursery Management. I graduated from Ricks College (BYU/Idaho) in 1978. My main emphasis of study was in Landscape Design/Build. During the time at Greenhurst Nursery I was the landscape designer and managed the Landscape Construction Division. Because of the recession that deepened by the end of 1981, Greenhurst Nursery decided not pursue landscape construction any longer. In January 1982 Majestic Landscape Company was born as a family owned business.

In the early years of Majestic Landscape Company it was truly a family centered business. Having nine children, of which seven were boys, all had the opportunity to contribute. Our love of landscape maintenance became our focus for many years and still to this day is a major part of our business.

In the early 90's landscape construction started to gain momentum again. My education and experience in Design/Build became another part of our business model. We have prided ourselves in providing for the residential and commercial client the best landscape design and installation with their particular desires and personality. Combining design/build with landscape maintenance, we can provide services from start to finish and the future of your landscape. We cater to you and what you desire, and guide you to the final goal of a total landscape service that fits your particular needs.

The Future

The future of Majestic Landscape Company is bright. In January 2013 my two youngest sons, Mack and Corbin, became partners in the business. They are very experienced in landscape maintenance, having worked in the family business for many years.

We love what we do. It is not just a job that we find ourselves doing, it’s a passion for the love for landscaping. It’s a feeling that is hard to describe. Our hope is the passion that you have for your landscape, can be our passion as well.
